One of the most rewarding aspects of my daily routine at PHOENIX Business Services is the opportunity to learn and try something new almost every day. It is not always smooth sailing, but the challenges are rewarding - and I can already observe how much my skills have improved in just under two months. An unexpected bonus has been the supportive office atmosphere, which is enhanced by engaging events and activities that make the experience even more enjoyable.
The moment I realized that my work was truly making a difference was when I began handling an increasing number of tasks independently.
